Internship Program Overview

The Macdillions Global Energy Internship Program is a learning-focused, non-employment program created to help participants gain practical experience, professional mentorship, and career exposure within a corporate environment.

This program is unpaid and structured in compliance with the U.S. Department of Labor (FLSA) guidelines, ensuring that interns are the primary beneficiaries of the experience.


Available Internship Tracks

Interns may be assigned to one of the following learning tracks based on interest and background:

  • Social Media & Content Development

  • Recruitment & Talent Sourcing

  • Business Development Research

  • Data & CRM Operations

  • IT Support & Automation (Observational)


Learning Responsibilities

Interns will, under supervision and guidance:

  • Observe and assist with professional workflows

  • Support research, documentation, and planning activities

  • Learn industry tools, systems, and best practices

  • Participate in mentorship check-ins and feedback sessions

  • Complete learning-based assignments and reflections

Interns do not independently manage operations, clients, or revenue-generating activities.
