Contractor shall provide the laboratory support services for the Agbami FPSO.
Scope of work but not limited to:
1. Sampling, analysis and determination of crude oil quality, Sediment & Water (S&W) of crude oil using ASTM D4006 & D4007 methods
2. API determination using ASTM D287 method
3. Density determination using ASTM D1298 method
4. Reid Vapour Pressure using ASTM D323 method
5. Sand count/analyses using volumetric method
6. Total Oil & Grease (TOG) of produced water
7. Water content in organic and inorganic compounds using Karl Fisher filtration method ASTM E203-96. Water content analysis in lube oil, hydraulic oil, glycol etc.
8. Physicochemical and microbial analysis of potable water
9. Water vapour in produced gas for injection quality control
10. Hydrogen sulphide and carbon dioxide in fuel gas streams, Cargo tanks
11. Cooling Medium and Heat Medium Analyses for various parameters including Total dissolved solids (TDS), Conductivity, pH, Total Iron, Sulphite HR, Nitrate & Molybdate Residual, Dissolved Oxygen, Residual Chlorine, Residual Elimin-Ox
12. Potable water analyses for pH, Fe, free Cl, TDS, Conductivity, Hardness, Chloride, Coliforms, MPN & E.coli
13. And any other required sampling and testing of produced fluids and utility medium on the FPSO
1.2 CONTRACTOR RESPONSIBILITIES
1.2.1 Contractor shall perform the Services in accordance with the applicable Work Authorization.
1.2.2 Contractor shall provide qualified manpower as detailed in the applicable Work Authorization
1.2.3 Contractor shall be responsible for procuring visas, work permits and other documents required for coming to Nigeria.
1.2.4 Contractor shall be responsible for all logistical arrangements including travel arrangements, meet and greet, accommodation (except at the FPSO), etc up to the Point of Entry which is Lagos, Warri or Port-Harcourt, Nigeria.
1.2.5 Contractor shall provide all tools and equipment, including personal protective equipment (PPE) for its personnel.
1.2.6 Contractor shall be responsible for all statutory requirements for its personnel. This shall include but not limited BOSIET and Offshore Safety Permit (OSP).
1.3 COMPANY RESPONSIBILITIES
1.3.1 Company will be responsible for transportation of Contractor personnel from its pick-up base at Ikeja to the Agbami FPSO.
1.3.2 Company will provide accommodation on the Agbami FPSO.
1.3.3 Company shall re-imburse Contractor for all statutory requirements for its personnel. This shall include but not limited BOSIET and Offshore Safety Permit (OSP).
1.3.4 Company shall re-imburse Contractor for all procured PPE, visas, work permits and other entry documents for Nigeria. Also for all logistics arrangements up to point of Entry.
