Macdillions Global Energy is a leading energy company with a global presence and a commitment to sustainable energy. We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Recruiter to join our team in a remote position. As our Principal Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent for a variety of roles across our organization.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies to attract and hire top talent for a variety of roles, including technical and non-technical positions.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and requirements for each open position.
- Utilize a variety of sourcing techniques, including online job boards, social media, professional networking, and employee referrals, to identify and attract qualified candidates.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate fit and qualifications.
- Manage the interview process, including scheduling and coordinating interviews with hiring managers and other team members.
- Provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Negotiate job offers and manage the hiring process through to onboarding.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data in our applicant tracking system.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in recruiting, with a focus on technical and non-technical roles.
- Experience in recruiting software a plus.
- Proven track record of developing and executing effective sourcing strategies to attract and hire top talent.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and other recruiting tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
