We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Recruiter to join our team in a remote position. As our Principal Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent for a variety of roles across our organization.


  • Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies to attract and hire top talent for a variety of roles, including technical and non-technical positions.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and requirements for each open position.
  • Utilize a variety of sourcing techniques, including online job boards, social media, professional networking, and employee referrals, to identify and attract qualified candidates.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate fit and qualifications.
  • Manage the interview process, including scheduling and coordinating interviews with hiring managers and other team members.
  • Provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Negotiate job offers and manage the hiring process through to onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data in our applicant tracking system.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in recruiting, with a focus on technical and non-technical roles.
  • Experience in recruiting software a plus.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing effective sourcing strategies to attract and hire top talent.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and other recruiting tools.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
